Wool

The wollen fibre.

The natural fibres absorb up to 30% of their weight without showing any sign of moisture, their curly physical structure enables this material to accommodate air in proportions equal to 60% of its total volume. It is consequently an excellent thermal regulator. Soft and flexible, it has a natural elasticity. Structurally, its micro fibres are made up of keratin and proteins and the material consequently does no crease irretrievably as cotton or linen does.
